Tax refund is one of regulations of Ministry of Finance on refund of tax amounts to businesses and individuals that have overpaid into state budget, this is very important for each business. However, not all businesses and individuals understand the tax refund process, their benefits and are able to successfully proceed tax refund.

Immediately after the customers contact the Tax Agents of Vimax Asia to request Tax Refund Service, Vimax Asia will immediately conduct:
Preparing documents as prescribed

- Collecting invoices and accounting records
- Relevant documents
Performing specific tasks:
- Reviewing collected tax refund documents and records
- Consulting, guiding to adjust such records to get best tax refund procedures
- Preparing tax refund documents
- On behalf of applicants to directly submit the documents and explain the submitted documents to tax authorities
